US incompetent to speak about “rule of law”

The United States (US), of all people, lectured Rwanda about genocide, and the rule of law. The US, however, was the one that committed genocide on the Native Americans. The US is the one who wants to assassinate Julian Assange for revealing to the world that the US committed war crimes!

Why didn’t Anthony Blinken answer that question about why the US refuses to accept the world’s definition of genocide?
