Unión Eléctrica no quiere privatización

School desegregation in Tenn.

Most people in Clinton City, Tennessee did not want their high school (HS) desegregated in 1956. But, they were willing to accept the United States (US) Supreme Court’s decision to do so.

A small minority of residents, however, were so opposed to Black students attending Clinton HS that some men went as far as beating-up the White Baptist minister who escorted the Black students to school.

The school principal, who also obeyed the law, was amazed at how he and his family were being harassed, while those who wanted to break the law roamed freely about the city. Click on the following link to watch an interesting video about it: https://youtu.be/U9ACS4PgDFA

I have also been quite amazed at how almost 9 million Puerto Ricans have been exploited by the US government (USG) for the past 123 years with impunity. The USG has been allowed to violate the international law that prohibits colonialism since 1945, because it is a crime against humanity.

I have also been quite amazed at how humanity has allowed the USG to ignore 39 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The USG, like the Clinton residents, has never liked the UN’s Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years, but it is the law. If the USG is willing to break this law, then the USG is a lawless nation! And, we have seen exactly that with the white supremacists’ insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 to overturn Trump’s defeat in the 2020 presidential elections.

Most US citizens want law and order. What are we going to do about getting it?

Racist wrote US national anthem

Do you know that the United States (US) national anthem was originally a poem written by a racist? An explicitly racist part of that poem was excluded when turned into the US national anthem. Click on the following link to watch an interesting video about US racism: https://youtu.be/zSZTHGOGA0Y

US citizens of good will have no reason to honor the US national anthem, especially after the world witnessed the white supremacist insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

The US government (USG) militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. Puerto Ricans have been US slaves for the past 123 years.

Once again, the USG has shown its evilness by never complying with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism, because it is a crime against humanity.

Moreover, the USG has ignored, thus far, 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

In order for the US to truly represent liberty and justice for all, decent people must force the USG to do so by engaging in permanent resistance now, tomorrow and forever!

Decent people matter.

Racism must be confronted

Birmingham Alabama exemplified racism in the United States (US). Despite the defeat of the Confederacy in the US Civil War, and the Emancipation Proclamation, the South was determined to never allow Blacks to be equal to Whites. Bull Connor, through his all-out effort to keep Blacks in their place, helped the US government (USG) to enact laws prohibiting racial discrimination. Click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/j9kT1yO4MGg

President John Kennedy could have done what he eventually did, without Blacks engaging in permanent resistance in Birmingham. But, it was the permanent resistance, and Bull Connor’s response to it that forced him to act.

We should never expect injustice to go away on its own. The people who suffer the injustice must take the lead, and confront it intelligently. Good people will eventually join in, when they come to understand what Martin Luther King Jr. meant when he said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” An excellent example of that was the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the US Capitol.

Puerto Ricans have been waiting for the past 123 years for the USG to decolonize Puerto Rico on its own.

We ought to know by now that that will never happen, because the USG has willfully refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism.

We ought to know by now that that will never happen, because the USG has ignored, thus far, 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

When will Puerto Ricans confront colonialism intelligently? We already have more Puerto Ricans living away from our national territory!

Do your part to confront evil.

Students’ revolution against Nashville’s Jim Crow law

Students in Nashville Tennessee succeeded in getting its mayor to racially integrate the city’s lunch counters. Click on the following link to see how: https://youtu.be/wIVX11AqBlE

The lesson that we can learn here is that change comes from challenging injustice. Left unchallenged, injustice will go on forever.

Puerto Ricans must stop waiting for the United States government (USG) to decolonize Puerto Rico. If the USG has not done so in 123 years, it will never do so on its own.

We must realize that the USG is committing a crime against humanity by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony. That is why the United Nations’ Charter prohibits colonialism since 1945.

We must realize that the USG’s intention of maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony forever is manifested in the fact that it has ignored, thus far, 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Therefore, we must engage, as the students did, in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with international law, and with what is morally correct. Nashville’s mayor finally had to admit that eliminating the city’s Jim Crow law was the right thing to do. But the students had to force the mayor into that decision.

Force the US to do what’s right!

A government only for whites

The United States’ (US) “Pledge of Allegiance” ends with these words, “with liberty and justice for all.” Anyone who has studied US history knows that that has never been true. The recent insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 is living proof of that. Click on the following link to learn about how ingrained white supremacy is in the genetic makeup of the USG: https://youtu.be/2_gOtZ--4WE

33 years after the US Civil War, the USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. The USG has never complied, since the very foundation of the United Nations (UN) 76 years ago, with its Charter that prohibits colonialism, because it is a crime against humanity.

The USG has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

If US citizens want a government that represents 100% of us, we must make sure that we don’t elect white racists to public offices. If we don’t, we should expect the historic continuation of, “… segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever.”

We must force our government to govern for all of us.

Juan Antonio Corretjer

Black children exposed evilness of US racism

Black children engaged in non-violent resistance in 1963 to force the city of Birmingham Alabama to comply with Federal law and desegregate. The city showed the world to what extent it was willing to go in order to prevent Blacks from ever enjoying equal treatment under the law. Click on the following link to watch an excellent video on it: https://youtu.be/hCxE6i_SzoQ

Governor George Wallace said that he wanted for his state, “Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever.” The January 6, 2021, Make America Great Again, insurrection at the United States (US) Capitol is proof that many people still think that way!

65 years before 1963, the US government (USG) militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. Puerto Ricans have been US slaves for the past 123 years!

Many people don’t realize that the USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity.

Many people are oblivious to the fact that the USG has ignored, thus far, 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

I propose that all good citizens must keep white supremacists from ever holding public offices, now, tomorrow and forever. If we don’t, US citizens will never enjoy liberty and justice for all. www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

Never vote for a racist.

A war to preserve King Cotton

The reason for the United States (US) Civil War was to preserve the South’s institution of slavery, so that she could maintain her King Cotton wealth. Click on the following link to learn more: https://youtu.be/U3CFD2RRF80

The 13 American colonies fought their revolutionary war against England over money disputes. The same was true for the US Civil War. Absent from both of these wars were the revolutionary ideals of liberty, and justice for all?

These ideals are just as far away today, as they were at the birth of the US in 1776. The January 6, 2021 “Make America Great Again” Capitol insurrection is the latest evidence of that!

33 years after the end of the US Civil War, the US government (USG) decided to substitute the slaves it lost via the emancipation of 1865.  The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. Puerto Ricans have been US slaves for the past 123 years!

The USG has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years.

The USG has also ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. That means that today the USG is guilty of committing a crime against humanity! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The best way to try to make good on the stated ideals in the US Constitution is for all good citizens to prevent white supremacists from ever holding public offices. Doing so will make it easier for the USG to serve 100% of its citizens! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

Our struggle for a real democracy.

The Right Blacks must fight for

After the end of United States (US) Civil War, the Federal government supervised the enforcement of the right of Blacks in Mississippi to vote via the 15th Amendment to the US Constitution. But soon after the Federal Government left, white supremacists instituted its own states laws to continue to maintain Blacks enslaved in an alternate way. Click on the following link to watch the video The Fight for a Right: https://youtu.be/ZOX36uYgMys

Puerto Ricans must also fight for our inalienable right to self-determination and independence. The US government (USG) violated that right, when it militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony 33 years after the end of its Civil War.

The USG has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years, just like Mississippi refused to comply with the 15th Amendment.

The USG has also ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. That means that today the USG is guilty of committing a crime against humanity! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The best way to fulfill the United States (US) of America’s pledge of “…liberty and justice for all” is for all good citizens to prevent white supremacists from ever holding public offices. What disqualifies them is their unwillingness to represent all US citizens! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

A nation built on white supremacy

Those who say that their passion for the Confederacy is about honoring the soldiers who died in the United States (US) Civil War and its history are trying to hide the fact that they believe in white supremacy. If not, they would use the history of the Confederacy to learn its valuable lessons and improve themselves.

Those people, however, are on a mission to try to go back to the good old days of slavery. Everybody knows that that is exactly the message behind Trump’s “Make America Great Again”. Click on the following link to watch how deeply ingrained white supremacy is in the US: https://youtu.be/msIDM8MyGqg

33 years after the end of the Civil War, the US government (USG) decided to militarily invade Puerto Rico to make her its colony. These white supremacists believe that God has given them the right to go around the world and exploit as many people as they can!

That would explain the fact that the USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since its foundation in 1945.

That would also explain the fact that the USG has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The great experiment was not the US’ establishment of democracy in America in 1776. That experiment has failed thus far. The evidence is the fact that the world believes that the USG is the biggest threat to peace!

The great experiment will be whether good US citizens, the ones who really believe in liberty and justice for all, will succeed in preventing white supremacists from ever holding public offices. Because if we can’t, the US will continue to be a nation of the white supremacist, by the white supremacists, and for the white supremacists. www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

US white supremacy

Many United States (US) citizens say that the Confederate flag should be displayed and respected in the US, because it is part of US history. Click on the following link to understand how the Confederate flag came to be: https://youtu.be/Tash7XtDCyM

Flying the Confederate flag in public in the US would be like flying in Germany the Nazi flag in public, because it is part of German history.

The problem with that argument is that those who believe in that ideology, are people who deny other humans being of the same rights that they themselves enjoy. Therefore, you should be able to display your Confederate or Nazi flag in your private property, but it would be totally unacceptable for that person to display these symbols in public places.

No one who respects the Confederate flag should hold any public office in the US. The obvious reason is that he would be incapable of representing 100% of the citizens of his own country.

The fact of the matter is that the US government has never represented freedom and justice for all. Here is another example of that.

The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico 122 years ago to make her its colony. The USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years, and has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

If US citizens want liberty and justice for all, we must make sure that people who don’t, never have political power! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

A human rights campion can’t exclude human beings.

Freedom for Puerto Rico

Pedro Albizu Campos spent his whole adult life fighting the United States (US) government (USG) for the freedom of his homeland. Click on the following link to watch a short video: https://youtu.be/RGDh86EoiYA

Today, 122 years after the USG’s military invasion of Puerto Rico, she is still its colony. The USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945, and has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Do you know that the world considers the USG as the biggest threat to peace?

The USG has never been the champion of freedom. The January 6, 2021 insurrection at the US Capitol, orchestrated by the former US president, is just the latest proof of that. And, the US Senate, by its vote, is yet another glaring example that the USG has never been interested in JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Therefore, once again, it’s up to “We the People”.

Trump: US Constitution doesn’t matter

The United States (US) Constitution doesn’t matter, not only to former President Trump, but also to the many Republican senators who found him not guilty of the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the US Capitol.  Let’s now see if the US Constitution matters to the judicial branch of the US government (USG). https://youtu.be/dhni0fYpnXI

The majority of US citizens know that Trump has violated many US laws during his presidency. Under a real republic, no one is above the law. Therefore, the experiment is set to determine whether the US is in fact a republic, or a dictatorship. And if we are a dictatorship, then we are no different than those nations that the USG accuses of being such.

The fact of the matter is that the world has known for a long time that the US Constitution doesn’t matter to the USG. That is why the world considers the USG as the biggest threat to peace.

Do you know that the USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 to make her its colony? Not only has the USG never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945, but it has also ignored to date 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

What will US citizens do? Do we allow our government to represent only 1%, or will we demand that it represents 100% of us? That is the question.

Does the US Constitution matter to us?

Is the US for her people?

Former President Trump claimed that his power is total: https://youtu.be/dhni0fYpnXI

The world would have additional proof that the United States (US) government (USG) is the biggest threat to peace, if the Republican senators do not hold Trump accountable for the insurrection on January 6, 2021. https://youtu.be/W4c8gG0ZgoM

The US judicial branch will also have an opportunity to give still more evidence of that should it refuse to prosecute Trumps for violating its own laws. If the USG doesn’t incarcerate Trump for what he did, no respectable person could say that the US is nation of, by and for the people. So why have elections?

She never has been.

Can a nation possess another nation?

No. That is colonialism, and it is considered a crime against humanity.

Click on the following link to watch a video about Puerto Rico being a colony of the United States (US) government (USG) for the past 122 years: https://youtu.be/n9L35g9lCtE

The only problem that I have with this video is that it said that Puerto Rico was a colony of Spain at the time of the US military invasion. Puerto Rico was, in fact, a Spanish province.

The United Nations’ Charter prohibits colonialism since 1945. Since the USG has never complied with the US Charter for the past 76 years, the UN has issued 39 resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Thus, the USG is a criminal! Moreover, the world regards the USG as the biggest threat to peace! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Most Puerto Ricans has tried to fight colonialism within the framework of the USG. That would never be possible, since the USG is the problem. We must fight for our decolonization via international law. That international law is in our favor!

We must, therefore, engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with international law. Imagine almost 9 million Puerto Ricans worldwide protesting in the streets for our inalienable right to self-determination and independence. www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

Freedom matters!

Truth essential for Puerto Rico liberation

Puerto Ricans governing ourselves will depend on us acquiring the truth as to how we got here. The following video does not do that! This video only perpetuate our 122 year old colonial status that it refers to as an “unincorporated territory” of the United States (US). Click on the following link to watch that video: https://youtu.be/gKMbdepqcAs

Puerto Ricans have no logical reason for having political parties, and in celebrating democratic elections in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico has been a US colony for the past 122 years!

What Puerto Ricans must understand is that the US government (USG) unilaterally, and not democratically, invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. The USG, therefore, has been committing a crime against humanity. That is a glaring historical fact that this video could not have innocently overlooked!

We must understand that the USG has never complied with the United Nations’ Charter (UN) of 1945 that prohibits colonialism. That is another glaring historical fact that this video could not have innocently overlooked!

We must understand that the USG has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. That is still another glaring historical fact that this video could not have innocently overlooked! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

If we were to all understand that, Puerto Ricans would be engaging in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with international law. Imagine almost 9 million Puerto Ricans doing so all over the world! That is our inalienable right!

We need the truth to intelligently decolonize ourselves. Don’t expect the USG to give you the truth, because that goes against its interest.

Get the truth, because a mind is a terrible thing to waste!

US justice is not for non-whites

The United States (US) government (USG) has never governed for anyone but whites. That is why slavery is an important part of the tremendous wealth the US enjoys today. That’s why the USG decided unilaterally to invade Puerto Rico 120 years ago to make her its colony. This is why many US citizens would like those of us whom the USG has never represented to get over the January 6, 2021 insurrection, and let’s move on. What they mean is let’s not change the status quo. Let’s continue with business as usual!

Click on the following link to watch a video about how 2 US citizens who are not white feel about living in the US: https://youtu.be/vy1t0S84KQY

The US pledge of allegiance is fantasy. Not only is the USG considered the biggest threat to peace by the vast majority of nations, non-white US citizens consider their own government the biggest threat to their own peace!

We can’t just move on, because that would mean another civil war!

We need our government to be free of white racist supremacists.

US Democrats are also criminals

The United States (US) Democrats say that the reason for impeaching former President Trump is to make him accountable for the crime of seditious conspiracy to overthrow the legitimate government of the US. They say that their goal is to prohibit Trump from ever holding public office again. I say that the only reason that the Democrats are having another impeachment is to try to gain political advantage.

If the Democrats really wanted to hold Trump criminally responsible, they would allow the judiciary branch of government do what it is specifically designed to do. If Trump were to be convicted, not only would he be imprisoned, but he could never hold public office again.

Therefore, the whole circus of the Democrats’ impeachment “trial” is just to appear that they are not as criminal as the Republicans. Well, let’s see.

The US government (USG) military invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony 122 years ago. The USG, both Republicans and Democrats, have refused to comply, for the past 75 years, with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity. The USG, both Republicans and Democrats, have ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Where is their difference? http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

It is up to the good people of the US to force their government to govern for justice for all. If we don’t, we will just have that same illusion that we have lived under for the past 244 years!

We the people must clean house!

Venezuela is decolonial

Professor Ramón Grosfoguel explains why Venezuela is decolonial. Click on the following link to get his explanation: https://youtu.be/zRvoiiBaWHM

Venezuela is doing exactly what every nation should be trying to do. The United States government (USG) discredits Venezuela, because it wants her wealth. The USG has never, in its 244 year history, been interested in achieving world peace. The USG, and not Venezuela, is considered by the world to be the biggest threat to peace!

The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898, because it also wanted her wealth. The USG wants to continue forever taking her wealth. That is why the USG has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism. The USG has, moreover, ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Venezuela provides “justice for all” without lip service.

Freedom’s challenge

What is the challenge for a government that really wants liberty and justice for all? The government must make sure that racists are never in any position of power.

That is the correct logic behind the incorrect second political impeachment trial in the Senate of former President Donald Trump. The United States (US) government (USG) should make Trump accountable for his criminal action by trying him in a real court of justice. Puerto Rico has been a victim of racist white supremacy for half of the US’ history. US President McKinley decided to militarily invade Puerto Rico to make her a US colony in 1898. The USG has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 75 years. Moreover, it has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

This challenge must be undertaken by the good US citizens, or we will continue down the slippery slope of a second civil war. www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

US doesn’t even care about her own people

The United States (US) government (USG) is not a government of, by and for the people. That is why, after 244 years, the US is the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic.

The USG is exclusively for the 1% of the US citizens. Click on the following link to watch a short video about the illusion that the USG cares about humanity: https://youtu.be/Wi4jSs0v274

And the US government says that people hate us for our freedom.

US is intrinsically racist

Former President Jimmy Carter grew up in the South among blacks. His upbringing, however, is an aberration to the one received by a great number of racist white supremacists in the United States (US).

Racists have controlled the US government (USG) for the past 244 years. Click on the following link to watch a video of President Carter talking about US racism and human rights: https://youtu.be/tgCwwPKG8vU

In 1898, the USG unilaterally decided to militarily invade Puerto Rico to make her its colony. The USG has been unwilling to comply with the United Nations’ Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945, and to immediately decolonize Puerto Rico. Therefore, the “soul of America” has decided to continue to commit this crime against humanity! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Only good US citizens could save the “soul of America”. If we don’t, the US will continue down the slippery road towards another civil war.

Can we avoid another civil war?
