¿Sabe usted que el Gobierno de Estados Unidos (GEU) jugó
un papel protagónico en establecer la Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU)
después de la segunda guerra mundial. ¡Sin embargo, ha sido ese mismo GEU que ha
violado desde el primer día la Carta de la ONU del 1945!
Con solo leer la parte de la Carta sobre el propósito de
la ONU, podemos ver claramente que lo que tiene el GEU es un relajo. ¡El GEU
hace lo que le da la gana cuando le da la gana sin tener que responderle a
nadie!

Es importante destacar el propósito de la ONU:
1. Mantener
la paz y la seguridad internacionales, y con tal fin: tomar medidas colectivas
eficaces para prevenir y eliminar amenazas a la paz, y para suprimir actos de
agresión u otros quebrantamientos de la paz; y lograr por medios pacíficos, y
de conformidad con los principios de la justicia y del derecho internacional,
el ajuste o arreglo de controversias o situaciones internacionales susceptibles
2. de
conducir a quebrantamientos de la paz;
3. Fomentar
entre las naciones relaciones de amistad basadas en el respeto al principio de
la igualdad de derechos y al de la libre determinación de los pueblos, y tomar
otros medidas adecuadas para fortalecer la paz universal;
4. Realizar
la cooperación internacional en la solución de problemas internacionales de
carácter económico, social, cultural o humanitario, y en el desarrollo y
estímulo del respeto a los derechos humanos y a las libertades fundamentales de
todos, sin hacer distinción por motivos de raza, sexo, idioma o religión; y
5. Servir
de centro que armonice los esfuerzos de las naciones por alcanzar estos
propósitos comunes.
Dicho eso, podemos ver claramente que lo que tiene el
GEU es un relajo con la ONU. ¡El GEU hace lo que le da la gana cuando le da la
gana sin tener que responderle a nadie!
Por eso el boricua se tiene que tirar a la calle permanentemente
para obligar al GEU a cumplir con la Carta de la ONU que prohíbe tener colonias,
porque eso constituye una amenaza a la paz mundial.

que devuelva inmediatamente la soberanía de Puerto Rico a los puertorriqueños,

Are you
aware that the United States Government (USG) played a key role in establishing
the United Nations (UN) after World War II? Nevertheless, it has been the USG
that has violated the UN's Charter of 1945 since the first day!
With only
reading the purpose of the UN in the Charter, one could easily see that the USG
has had a field day with the UN. The USG has done whatever it has wanted
whenever it has wanted without having to respond to anyone!
Are you
aware that the world regards the USG the biggest threat to world peace? That
has to be so, since the USG has always been in violation of the UN Charter!

It is
important that we highlight the purpose of the UN:
1. To
maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective
collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and
for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and
to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of
justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international
disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;
2. To
develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of
equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate
measures to strengthen universal peace;
3. To
achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an
economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and
encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all
without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion; and
4. To be
a center for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these
common ends.
That said,
we can clearly see that the USG has had a field day with the UN. The USG does
whatever it wants whenever it wants without having to answer to anyone.
That is why
Boricuas must engage in real permanent resistance to force the USG to comply
with the UN Charter that prohibits colonialism, because it is a threat to world
peace.
That is why Boricuas
must engage in permanent real resistance to force the USG to comply with 38 UN
resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the
Puerto Ricans, because that too constitutes a threat to world peace.
