Netherlands' assault on Bonaire and Sint Eustatius

Nassau, Bahamas, May 10, 2018

On the 7th and 8th May 2018, James Finies, Foundation Nos Ke Boneiru Bek (NKBB) was in the Nassau, Bahamas where Cofcor Caricom meeting was held at the Hilton.

This expedition was based on the result of the meetings at the beginning of April with the assistant secretary general of Caricom Honorary Ambassador Granderson and vice-president of Guyana and Minister of Foreign Affairs Honorable Mr. Greenidge in Georgetown Guyana. NKBB travelled to the Bahamas based on their statements where they indicated publicly that they would not hesitate to call on us if further explanations are needed because of the atrocities that Holland are committing against us.

Finies met with many Caricom countries, ambassadors, lawmakers, human rights lawyers etc. of Bahamas during these days whom were in disbelief that in this 21st century and its own backyard of the Caribbean Bonaire and the Statian peoples are under colonial rule and all of deemed this as unacceptable.

The support and solidarity of these Caricom countries where overwhelming since most of them think that Holland is one of the richest nations and the Bonerian and Statian peoples were enjoying the same richness with equal rights in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Also for the first time the Caribbean nations are hearing of the Sint Eustatius overthrowing of the Statia elected government and halting the upcoming elections of 2019 and were perplexed by this undemocratic situation in the Caribbean.

Mr LaRocque, Secretary General of Caricom emphasized and urged the people of Bonaire and NKBB to continue this right path of advocating the plight of the Bonerian of Statian peoples among the Caribbean countries.

The Caricom countries are supportive of Bonaire and Sint Eustatius’ quest to re-list themselves as Non-Self-Governing-territories of the UN, so to fall under the protection of the UN Special Committee (C24), and where Holland has to report back according to international law to the General Assembly of the UN. All Caricom countries are members of the UN General Assembly, and all have voting rights to vote us on this of Non-Self-Governing-territories list.

NKBB will continue after Bahamas towards other Caribbean countries to promote awareness and solicit support and solidarity on the undemocratic situation and abuse of power from the Netherlands on the islands of Bonaire and Sint Eustatius.

USA’s position on Puerto Rico’s debt

Click on the following link to read a United States government's report on Puerto Rico’s debt, and its response to it: https://media.noticel.com/o2com-noti-media-us-east-1/document_dev/2018/05/09/691675_1525888308271_11425727_ver1.0.pdf

The United States (US) government does not acknowledge that its 120 years of colonial rule over Puerto Rico has caused her  alleged debt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRHGdhRBG1M&t=26s

The fact of the matter is that the US government has been in constant violation to the United Nations’ Charter since its creation. Furthermore, the US government is also in violation of 36 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Therefore, the US government has decided to willfully commit a crime against humanity by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony since 1898. What could Puerto Ricans do?

I propose that the nearly 10 million Puerto Ricans worldwide should organize ourselves to engage in permanent resistance to force the US government to comply with the international community’s decision that colonialism needs to be eradicated. Do you know that the UN is in its third decade trying to do that?

We will need a tsunami of people to do this, because those to believe they are better than others don’t believe in LIBERTY AN IN JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Another struggle called Playuela

The rich and powerful 1% wants to take this piece of paradise called Playuela in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to turn it into its money maker. Click on the following link to get the details from these activists: https://www.facebook.com/defendpuertorico/videos/639292656402125/

This is only one example of the many struggles that Puerto Ricans are waging all over, because Puerto Rico is not governed for Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rico has been a United States colony for the past 120 years!

Instead of fighting these struggles individually, Puerto Ricans should organize themselves to engage in permanent resistance to force the US government to comply with the United Nations’ Charter, and its 36 resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

We must do this, because those who want to steal our paradise, don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/

US government knows the answer

The United States government is asking why Puerto Rico has not been able to restore 100% of her electrical power since Hurricane Maria. Click on the following link to read the news article: https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/us-questions-power-fully-restored-puerto-rico-55017603

The real reason is that the US government has been extracting Puerto Rico’s wealth for the past 120 years.

The US government militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898, and ever since, she has been a colony of the United States. Puerto Rico is the largest and oldest colony of all the ones still existing today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRHGdhRBG1M&t=26s

The United Nations’ (UN) Charter prohibits colonialism. The US government has violated this Charter since 1945. That is why its Decolonization Committee holds its annual hearing on the day after Fathers’ Day to discuss Puerto Rico Decolonization. The UN is presently in it 3rd decade trying to eradicate colonialism.

The UN has thus far issued 36 resolutions asking the US government to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Rico. The US government refuses to do so. And that is the reason more Puerto Ricans are living outside of Puerto Rico than in their national territory. The US governments wants Puerto Rico without the Puerto Ricans! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Therefore, the electrical power has not been restored after 8 months since Hurricane Maria, because the US government wants Puerto Ricans out of Puerto Rico. The US government knows that, but it is acting dumb because it knows that most people don’t know that.

Join the permanent resistance to force the US government to comply with international law. We need a tsunami of people to push this, because those who commit crimes against humanity don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/
