Is America the land of the free?

It used to be, before the Europeans found out that America existed.

The indigenous people, sometimes called Braves, lived on their free land before 1492. After that, America gradually ceased to be the land of the free and the home of the Braves.

The following is Barrack Obama’s speech in 2004 speaking about why the United States of America (USA) is that land of the free and the home of the brave. But, a careful examination of history will certainly reveal that Obama lied. Click on the following link to here that speech: https://youtu.be/ueMNqdB1QIE

I will present to you the undeniable truth that Obama conveniently didn’t. For the sake of my discussion, I will focus only on Puerto Rico.

The United States Government (USG) militarily invaded the sovereign nation of Puerto Rico in 1898 to convert her as its colony.

The USG made certain that, the Treaty of Paris of 1898, its legal justification for ruling over Puerto Rico, clearly stated that Puerto Ricans have no right that the USG has to respect. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRHGdhRBG1M&t=15s

The Puerto Ricans were made USA citizens in 1917 against their will.

The USG has criminalized the struggle for Puerto Rico independence, although Puerto Ricans have an inalienable right under international law to their self-determination and independence since 1945.

The USG has never complied, since the establishment of the United Nations (UN) in 1945, with its Charter that prohibits colonialism.

Moreover, the USG has consistently ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

More Puerto Ricans today live away from their national territory, because Puerto Ricans can’t govern their nation for themselves.

Audaciously, and insulting everyone’s intelligence, the USG claims that its colony has a debt that she must repay! Isn’t it ironic that the same person who made that 2004 speech was the one who, a dozen years later, signed the PROMESA bill into law to install the so-called “Fiscal Control Board in 2016?

The world considers overwhelmingly the USG as the biggest threat to world peace according to several Gallup International Polls. If Obama spoke that truth, why would the USG need 800 military installations in 80 countries around the world? https://www.globalresearch.ca/polls-u-s-is-the-greatest-threat-to-peace-in-the-world-today/5603342

The fact of the matter is that the USG is the biggest bully that the world has ever seen! Therefore, it is incumbent on the world to organize ourselves to reduce the USG’s threat to peace.

We must, because those who portray their country as good when in fact she is evil, don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/

USA is the home of the greatest threat to peace!

United Nations’ message concerning the Coronavirus crisis

Click on the following link: https://youtu.be/4tuPGBHvIbI
We need solidarity!

The US says International Court lacks legitimacy

The United States Government (USG) has a long history of acting as if it is above the law. President Trump said in 2018 at the United Nations (UN) that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has no jurisdiction, legitimacy and authority. Click on the following link to watch a short video: https://youtu.be/CxfHYjg6MOU

The USG was a chief player in the creation of the UN. You would then think that the USG would consider the UN to have jurisdiction, legitimacy and authority. But does it?

The USG has violated for the past 75 years the UN’s Charter that prohibits colonialism since the UN was created in 1945. And moreover, the USG has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. There is no question that historically the USG has acted as if it is above the law! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Where does that leave the “Declaration of Independence”? Where does that leave a country of, by, and for the people? And, where does that leave the pledge of allegiance to the United States (US) flag that ends with, “and justice for all”?

It leaves US citizens with an outlaw state.

All people of good will have the obligation to engage in permanent resistance to align the USG to the rule of law. We need to get the USG under control, because those who believe that they are above the law don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/

The US government believes it is above the law.

Is the USA guilty of crimes against humanity?

The following is Wikipedia's explanation of it:

Crimes against humanity are certain acts that are purposely committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian or an identifiable part of a civilian population. The first prosecution for crimes against humanity took place at the Nuremberg trials. Crimes against humanity have since been prosecuted by other international courts (for example, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Criminal Court) as well as in domestic prosecutions. The law of crimes against humanity has primarily developed through the evolution of customary international law. Crimes against humanity are not codified in an international convention, although there is currently an international effort to establish such a treaty, led by the Crimes Against Humanity Initiative.
Unlike war crimes, crimes against humanity can be committed during peace or war.[1] They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. War crimes, murder, massacres, dehumanization, genocide, ethnic cleansing, deportations, unethical human experimentation, extrajudicial punishments including summary executions, use of weapons of mass destruction, state terrorism or state sponsoring of terrorism, death squads, kidnappings and forced disappearances, use of child soldiers, unjust imprisonment, enslavement, torture, rape, political repression, racial discrimination, religious persecution and other human rights abuses may reach the threshold of crimes against humanity if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice.

In the case of Puerto Rico, the United States Government (USG) made sure that the Treaty of Paris of 1898 contained specific language that made it clear that Puerto Ricans had no right that the USG had to respect. 121 years later, Puerto Rico is still a colony of the USG. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The USG knows perfectly well that it is committing crimes against humanity. It has violated for the past 75 years the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits committing crimes against humanity. It has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking the USG to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. And it is aware that the Gallup International Polls repeatedly reveal that the world overwhelmingly considers the USG as the biggest threat to world peace.

Therefore, it is incumbent on all people of good to engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to cease committing crimes against humanity. We must, because those who commit crimes against humanity don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/
