FBI Killing of Puerto Rican Independence Leader Filiberto Ojeda Rios Sparks Outpouring of Anti-US Sentiment

The US government assassinated Filiberto Ojeda Ríos

During the celebration of The Lares Uprising against Spanish colonialism (September 23), the United States (US) government assassinated a Puerto Rico (PR) independence leader at his home.

Even though Puerto Ricans are divided about our political future, this savage crime has united us in having to admit that the US government carried a political assassination!  This is state terrorism, in conjunction to the international crime she already has for having PR under her colonial rule.  A colony has the right to use all means necessary to decolonize herself, but an empire does not.

This video will give you some details of what occurred.

For many Puerto Ricans who were in denial of our political relationship with the US, we got a rude awakening!

Educate yourself about your history so that you’ll know what to do.
