If you have an apartment in mid-town Manhattan, in New York City, you would be paying a lot of money for it.  Why?  Because of its location.  Location is everything!

That's what Puerto Ricans have to understand when people who want us to stay a colony tell us that we can't make it on our own because we have no natural resources.  We may not have oil, but we do have the best location in the world!  It's all about location, location and location!  And isn't it interesting, that the best island in the USA is a colony of the USA.

Join 3 peaceful protests to force the United States (US) government to comply with the United Nations' 33 resolutions to immediately decolonize Puerto Rico.  International law has determined in 1960 that colonialism is a crime against humanity, because of its threat to world peace.  The US government has thus far ignored them all.

The first protest will be a march in Puerto Rico to the US Courthouse on March 22- Abolition of Slavery Day.  The second one will be another march in Puerto Rico on the day before the UN's hearing about the decolonization of Puerto Rico.  The third one will be a protest in New York City at the UN on the day it holds its hearing on the decolonization of Puerto Rico.  And, of course, we will support all demonstrations to release our Puerto Rican political prisoner Oscar López Rivera.

These protests are absolutely necessary because, those who have colonies don't believe in justice for all!
