Don’t call it a bluff

The West has been saying that President Putin is crazy. If that were so, why did the West keep insisting that Ukraine become a North Atlantic Treaty Organization member against Russia’s claim that that would represent an existential threat to her security?

The 1% in Europe and the United States (US) are the ones benefitting from the war in Ukraine. That is why they don’t want to engage in a peace settlement with Russia. How could Russia get a peace settlement?

The sanctions imposed by the West on Russia have not caused the Russians to revolt against their government. Putin intends to now employ his own version of pressure to get western citizens to protest against their own governments.

Perhaps that will cause the 99% of citizens to pressure their governments to find a diplomatic solution to the war in Ukraine.

I would not call Russian’s threat of lightening missiles strikes a bluff, because I don’t want to find out!
