Russia is a terrorist state?

The European Union (EU), of all people, has voted on a resolution to name Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. This is ridiculous, as the world already knows that the United States (US), the EU and the members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization are, by far, the champions of state sponsor terrorism. The EU, however, does not consider the US a state sponsor of terrorism, although she is selling her energy to the EU at 10 times Russia’ price!
