Who’s been provoking a nuclear war since 1991?

Therefore, the US is also clearly lying, when she says that Russia militarily invaded Ukraine without any provocation. 

The US also lied in a recent joint statement with India about her respect for the sovereignty of other nations. Item 24 reads: As global partners, the United States and India affirm that the rules-based international order must be respected.
