France not motivated by democracy

France would take her troops out of Niger, if she truly were a democracy. What happen in Niger, unlike Ukraine, was in fact a revolution! France doesn’t care about Nigeriens right to self-determination and independence. France only cares about exploiting Niger forever.

That is exactly what the United States has (US) done to Puerto Rico for the past 125 years.
