Not dilemma it’s brainwashing!

The fact of the matter is that our dilemma has been caused by the United States (US) brainwashing us.

Most Boricuas believe that Boriken is a democracy, so they vote. We fight among ourselves about what our political status ought to be. Since a colony can’t be a democracy, the outcome of any colonial political elections will never be respected by the US Empire.

Boricuas can’t understand that the United Nations (UN) has already determined that colonialism is a crime against humanity. Thus the UN has issued 42 resolutions demanding that the US immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. If Boricuas ever do decolonize their minds, the 9 million Boricuas worldwide would engage in permanent resistance to force the US to comply with international law.

Once we obtain our sovereignty, then our real political debate could be had to decide what kind of government we want. To do it now is to put the cart before the horse.
