The US dollar has financed the US Empire since World War II. Today it is slowly being dismantled by China and the global majority in order to create a world based on win-win international relationships. 

America First and Make America Great Again have nothing to do with democracy. That has resulted in 40 million Americans living in poverty, and another 201 million more living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. America's win-lose international relationship modus operandi is imperialism.
