A nation for oligarchs

Please click on this link to learn the facts about why the United States (US) is a nation exclusively for its oligarchs: https://youtu.be/N6oJhewdQPc

The People’s Republic of China, on the other hand, is the nation that represents all of her people. That is most demonstrative with the way China treats pregnancy, as opposed to the US. With that alone, the US fails in protecting human rights!

No wonder the US is unconditionally supporting Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine.

No wonder the US has had an illegal economic blockade against Cuba for over 60 years.

No wonder the US hypocritically says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while at the same time, has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ (UN) resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The UN will hold its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Most people don’t know that as the US “free press” keeps that quiet to conceal the US’ crime against humanity.

The US will issue yet another resolution saying exactly the same thing as all the others. Will the US comply this time with international law?

As long as the US is a nation for oligarchs, it will never comply with international law.

It is up to its own citizens to make the US a democracy.

The Chinese Tortoise and the US Hare

The People’s Republic of China has been working feverishly for the past 40 years, and has successfully eradicated her poverty. Please click on the following link to understand how that happened: https://youtu.be/vLGj1_puvPs

What is most remarkable is that China did that despite having 4 times the United States’ (US) population. The US still has 38 million Americans living in poverty today. Conversely, 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. That being so, could the US legitimately claim to be the champion of democracy?

The US is in fact an oligarchy. That is why the US is supporting Israel’s genocide in Gaza, despite the majority of Americans being opposed to it.

That is why the US is fighting a proxy war against the Russian Federation, despite the majority of Americans being opposed to it.

That is why the US hypocritically says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while, at the same time, it has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ (UN) resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The UN will hold its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday June 20, 2024. Most people don’t know that, because the US’ press wants to hide the US’ crime against humanity. The UN will issue yet another resolutions saying exactly the same thing as all the others. Who will force the US to comply with international law?

The US will continue violating international law, until US citizens force the US to become a real democracy. Both major US political parties support the US Empire. Only the third party candidates have platforms to eradicate US imperialism.

What is the will of the people?

Democracy is only possible by eradicating imperialism

Advocating for Bonaire's Future

From May 25th to 30th, 2024 Davika Bissessar and James Finies of Bonaire Human Rights Organization participated in the 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) organized by the United Nations (UN) with theme “Charting the Course Toward Resilient Prosperity” held in Antigua and Barbuda.

Reflecting on this significant event, which convenes every ten years, we gained valuable insights. This gathering provided a unique opportunity to engage with prominent leaders across the Caribbean region. Our presence served as a platform to shed light on the pressing issues facing our island, Bonaire, particularly in the aftermath of dramatic changes since October 10, 2010.

We had the opportunity to reach out and speak and share and update on the Bonaire Case trajectory for the Re-listing of Bonaire on the UN’s Non Self-Governing Territories to many prime ministers, leaders and institutions. To mention a few: Barbados PM Mottley, St Vincent & Grenadines PM Gonsalves, Foreign Minister Saudi Arabia, Dominica PM Skerrit, Antigua UN Ambassador Webson, President of the UN General Assembly Francis, British Virgin Islands Premier Wheatley, Curacao PM Pisas, Aruba PM Croes, Bahamas PM Davis, St Kitts & Nevis FM Douglas and PM Drew, Director of OECS Jules, Secretary General of CARICOM Barnett, CARICOM Reparations Commission Chair Beckles and many other influential leaders.

One of the most alarming concerns highlighted during our interactions was the precipitous decline in the native Bonairean population, now displaced and reduced to a mere 32%. This statistic underscores the urgent need for concerted action from the international community to address the socio-economic challenges and pressures exacerbating this demographic shift. As we reflect on the discussions and exchanges that took place at the SIDS meeting, it is clear that collaborative efforts and advocacy will be pivotal in safeguarding the rights and well-being and to save the Bonairean people from eradication.

The Dutch Ministry took to Antigua former controversial governor Edison Rijna that had to retire as governor because of a corruption tinted environmental scandal, Commissioner Anjelica Cicilia and youth representative Noah Hassan, who all failed to mention the real situations the people of Bonaire are facing.

Despite our efforts to raise awareness, crucial issues such as Bonaire falling below the poverty line were not adequately addressed. It became evident that the reason for the delegation from Bonaire and Saba, including the Saba Governor Johnson and very obvious there was no representation from Sint Eustatius leadership that still maintains their dignity and still don’t have a government since 2018, was to use subordinated representatives to advocate for support from the UN’s Billion Dollar Sustainable Development Goals funds.

The Sustainable Development Goals which number one goal is, no poverty – to end poverty in all its forms everywhere-, these funds aim to provide financial resources for projects addressing poverty, inequality, and environmental sustainability as Bonaire delegation was seemingly instructed by the Dutch not to speak about poverty or other pressing issues that matters for the Bonerians.

As we move forward, with the campaign Bonaire Lives Matter it's essential to continue advocating for the needs of Bonaire and other small island communities, ensuring that they are not overshadowed or misrepresented on the global stage.

Will Americans continue to vote for imperialism?

United States (US) citizens support US imperialism by continuing to vote for Democrat and Republican candidates. The war in Gaza is the perfect example of that!

Most Americans are against the US’ unconditional support of the artificial colonial settler state of Israel in its genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine, however both major US political parties are against the will of the people! Our government, therefore, is an oligarchy!

How about the fact that, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, 38 million Americans today live in poverty? Click on this link for more: https://youtu.be/K9iOOE4AEsk

How about the fact that the People’s Republic of China has already eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population? Isn’t that real democracy?

The United Nations (UN) will hold its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024. How about the fact that most people are unaware of that, because the so-called US “free press” keeps that quiet to try to hide the US’ crime against humanity. Click on this link to watch our own independent live broadcast of the 2016 hearing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

And, how about the US hypocritically saying that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while, at the same time, it has consistently refused to comply with 42 UN’s resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans?

The UN will issue yet another resolution saying exactly the same thing as all the others. Who will force the US to comply with international law? As long as the US continues to be an empire, it will always violate international law.

Only the third party candidates have a platform for dismantling the US Empire.

Americans are supporting US imperialism.

Are Americans free?

Most Americans believe that our democracy is the best in the world. The reason we do is because the United States’ (US) so-called “free press” is a brainwashing instrument for the government. Why do you think the US wants Julian Assange dead?

Please click on his link to watch a video about the US stopping a US citizen from traveling to Russia without any legal justification: https://youtu.be/lOsW84wYdzg

Most Americans are opposed to our government unconditionally supporting the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocidal campaign against the indigenous people of Palestine, but it does it anyway!

The United Nations UN) will celebrate its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Most people are oblivious to that, because the US’ press keeps it quiet. It does, in order to try to hide that the US is committing a crime against humanity for having maintained Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 126 years.

The UN will issue this year another resolution saying exactly the same thing as all the others. It will again demand that the US immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. But, who will force the US to comply with international law?

As long as the US is an oligarchy, it will continue being a rouge state! The only way the US will become a real democracy is for the people to create it.

You need the will of the people for a democracy.

Does the US care about self-determination?

In the absence of history, one might be inclined to think that the United States (US) cares about Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence. But history tells us that the US has only cared about imperialism. Please click on this link for more: https://youtu.be/8RnSZOmvDDQ

While the US hypocritically says that it is willing to militarily defend Taiwan against the People’s Republic of China, which are the very same nation, the US has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ (UN) resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The UN will hold its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Most people are oblivious to that, since the US’ so-called “free press” keeps it quiet. The UN will again issue another resolution just like the previous ones, but who is going to force the US to comply?

It is important to mention that Taiwan has been prosperous, while Puerto Rico has been exploited. Two thirds of Puerto Ricans have abandoned our national territory in search of a better life during these 126 years of US colonialism. Half of those remaining on our island live in poverty.

It is equally worth mentioning that while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, while 38 million Americans today live in poverty. China, on the other hand, has eradicated her poverty since 2020, despite having 4 times the US’ population.

The US only cares about self-determination for its oligarchs!

Is the US a practicing democracy?

The United States (US) has never practiced democracy, although it claims to be the champion of it. US “democracy” would be impossible, because capitalism is its economic system. Please click on this link to understand how only 1% of US citizens benefit from US capitalism: https://youtu.be/-qDdoNTYD_A

Are you aware that 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, while 38 million Americans live in poverty? That is why only 33% of Americans are satisfied with our government. Voting for either Joe Biden or Donald Trump will never change that reality!

Are you aware that the People’s Republic of China has eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population? That is why 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their government.

The United Nations (UN) will celebrate its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Are you aware that the US has repeatedly refused to comply with 42 UN’s resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? Thus, the US is willfully committing a crime against humanity. Why haven’t the International Criminal Court, and the International Court of Justice forced the US to comply with international law?

The US is today unconditionally supporting the artificial colonial settler state of Israel in its genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine. Genocide is the crimes of all crimes!

The US has always practiced imperialism!
