The United Nations’ (UN)
74th General Assembly will be held in New York City in September
2019. The opening of the session will be on Tuesday 17th, with the general
debates beginning on Tuesday, 24th.
The General
Assembly is one of the six main organs of the United Nations, the only one in
which all Member States have equal representation: one nation, one vote. All
193 Member States of the United Nations (see map ) are represented in this unique forum to
discuss and work together on a wide array of international issues covered by
the UN Charter, such as development, peace and security, international law,
etc. In September, all the Members meet in the General Assembly Hall in New
York for the annual General Assembly. Click on the following link for more

Why hasn’t
the UN been able to decolonize the oldest and most populated colony existing today?
Do you know
that when the UN had its annual hearing on Puerto Rico decolonization on
Monday, June 24, 2019 at 10 AM the press said nothing about it? In case you
missed it too, click on the following link to watch the morning session of the
hearing. My petition is at 1 hour and 52 minutes of the video: http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/
However, the
whole world knows that Puerto Ricans want, who they call “the governor of
Puerto Rico”, to resign. What’s the difference? The United States Government (USG)
wants you to know that, but not about Puerto Rico decolonization.
The USG has
violated the UN’s Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 74 years. Moreover, the
USG has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s
sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. So, why has that not happened?
The majority
of Puerto Ricans have been brainwashed, during 121 years, into believing that Puerto
Rico is not a US colony. A great example of that is the fact that, although
more than 700,000 Puerto Ricans live in New York City, the New York Daily News,
the New York Post and the New York Times said nothing about the UN's hearing to
discuss the USG’s crime against humanity for consistently refusing to
decolonize Puerto Rico!
Half a
million Puerto Ricans protested last Monday for the resignation of the USG’s colonial
administrator in Puerto Rico, Ricardo Roselló, because they are aware of those
crimes.
How many
more Puerto Ricans would be protesting at the UN’s 74th General Assembly,
if they only knew that the USG has committed a far greater crime, a crime
against humanity, by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony for over a century?
For those wishing to protest, please watch the following video about your right
of expression: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X015rA5i0TM&t=10s
The key to
decolonizing Puerto Rico is the decolonization of our minds. The USG will not
help you with that! You must do that on your own, because those who commit
crimes against humanity, don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/
We must
decolonize our minds ourselves!
