United
States (US) Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez goes ballistic on President’s Trump’s
tweets against Puerto Ricans. Click on the following link to watch that video: https://youtu.be/XE42KMY0loc
The problem
is much bigger than just President Trump.
The US government’s
(USG) racism was displayed in 1898 when it militarily invaded Puerto Rico to
make her its colony. Puerto Ricans have been enslaved by the USG for the past
123 years!
Are you
aware that the USG forced its citizenship on Puerto Ricans in 1917?
Most people
don’t know that today the USG is committing a crime against humanity by
refusing to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter’s that prohibits
colonialism for the past 76 years!
Most people
don’t know that the USG has ignored, thus far, 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately
return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/
We must all
take history lessons to understand that we must engage in permanent resistance
to force the USG to comply with international law. We must protest now,
tomorrow and forever! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com
Knowing
history creates the solidarity to struggle.
