“Democracy” for rich people

The US, however, has the audacity of calling the People’s Republic of China a dictatorship. But yet, Chinese citizens give their government an approval rating of over 90%. 

Moreover, China has eliminated poverty at home in 40 years, while the US has 38 million of her citizens still living in poverty. And that, despite China having 4 times the population of the US!

Noam Chomsky believes that the US is at risk of imploding, like the Union of Soviet Republics.   

Since when has a free press not been a hallmark of democracy?
