The United States (US) government chooses to incur a debt, by refusing to tax corporations and oligarchs the difference between the amount of taxes it collects and the amount of money it spends. What’s wrong with the US?

The United States (US) is not what it says it is. The US says that it is the champion of democracy, but, the People’s Republic of China, the one that the US claims is a dictatorship, has done more for her citizens than the US.

China has eradicated her poverty since 2020, despite having 4 times the US’ population. 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their government, while only 33% of Americans are satisfied with ours.

Both of the two major US political party candidates in this year’s presidential elections have a history of governing exclusively for oligarchs. How do we know this?

The US has 800 military bases around the world, the war in Ukraine, the unconditional support for the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocidal campaign against the indigenous people of Palestine, and the US’ hypocritical claim that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, when it has consistently ignored 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.   

The most recent example of what’s wrong is that the US will host the international pariah Netanyahu at the Capitol on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 in order to give him more money to kill Palestinians. A so called “democracy” committing the mother of all crimes!

The purpose of education is to produce people who could use the evidence before them, and arrive at their own conclusions. If we were doing that today, would 38 million Americans be living in poverty, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are United States (US) citizens?

Would we vote for either Biden or Trump, when we know they both only represent oligarchs? Or, would we vote for a third party candidate, who promises to govern for 100% of Americans?

Why does the US need 800 military bases around the world? Why is the US today sponsoring the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine? Why does the US desperately want a nuclear war with the Russian Federation? And, why does the US hypocritically say that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, when it has consistently ignored 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? That is the opposite of a champion of democracy, which the US proclaims to be!

We need enough independent thinkers to save ourselves from World War III. Can we get them, before the Doomsday Clock strikes midnight?

Constitución sin liberación

Esa “Constitución” del 1952 no trajo con ella la liberación de los puertorriqueños. Puerto Rico ha sido una colonia de Estados Unidos (EU) por los últimos 126 años. Hoy, dos terceras partes de los boricuas viven fuera de nuestro territorio nacional, mientras que la mitad de los que todavia vivimos en Boriken viven en la pobreza. ¿Qué motivo hay para celebrar?

Los 6 millones de boricuas allá, y los 3 millones de boricuas acá deberíamos hacer resistencia permanente para que EU cumpla con las 42 resoluciones de la Organización de Naciones Unidas demandándole que devuelva inmediatamente la soberanía de Puerto Rico a los puertorriqueños. Lejos de ser el campeón de la democracia, ¡EU es el criminal más grande que tiene la humanidad! Por lo tanto, ¿Por qué la mitad de los boricuas quieren ser parte de esa mafia?

Hoy, EU está peleando una guerra en Ucrania para tratar de robarle los recursos de la Federación Rusa. Este 24 de julio, el día antes de la supuesta “Constitución de Puerto Rico”, EU tendrá en su Congreso a Netanyahu para darle más dinero para su genocidio en contra de la gente indígena de Palestina, y así poder explotar los recursos en Asia Occidental. ¡Y, para también robarle a China, EU ahora dice, hipocráticamente, que apoya el derecho inalienable de Taiwán a su autodeterminación e independencia, lo mismo que nunca le ha respectado a Puerto Rico!

Los chinos si tienen motivo para celebrar su Constitución del 1949 que le trajo su liberación de verdad. Mientras 38 millones de americanos viven hoy en la pobreza, y mientras 9 de los 10 hombres más ricos del mundo son estadounidenses, China, en solo 40 años,  ha erradicado su pobreza, a pesar de tener 4 veces la población de EU.

How has the People’s Republic of China been able to achieve a miraculous transformation from being a poor country to become the factory of the world? In contrast, the United States (US) is “profit driven” to benefit oligarchs. That is why the US has 800 military bases around the world to bully those nations that refuse to cede their sovereignty to the US. The US uses its dollar reserve currency to impose illegal economic sanctions on those who oppose US hegemony. The US engages in war and genocide in order to generate profits for its Military Industrial Complex. And this is why the world regards the US as the biggest threat to peace!

The US, of course, will never tell you the truth. The US claims to be the champion of democracy, although 38 million Americans today live in poverty. The US says that China is a dictatorship, although she has already eradicated poverty, and despite having 4 times that US’ population. The US hypocritically says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while it has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. And, while 60% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck, 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. No wonder the US wanted to kill Julian Assange!

A real democracy must be strong enough to keep oligarchs from sabotaging its purpose driven government to serve all of its citizens. 

Voting for Biden or Trump only serves to maintain a US oligarchy.  

Citizens want services

All citizens want services from their government. What distinguishes a democracy, however, is when the government provides services to all of its citizens. The US has 800 military bases around the world. The US provoked a war in Ukraine in order to weaken the Russian Federation, so that the US could steal her resources. The US is unconditionally supporting the artificial colonial settler state of Israel in its genocidal campaign against the indigenous people of Palestine with the support of the US Courts. These services are what the 1% of US citizens want from their government. That has caused the world to regard the US as the biggest threat to peace. And that is on the other extreme of being a champion of democracy!

99% of US citizens want services from our government that we are not getting. 38 million Americans today live in poverty. 60% of Americans are living today from paycheck to paycheck. The US was the epicenter of the Coronavirus pandemic. Two thirds of Puerto Ricans live outside of our national territory, and those who still live in Puerto Rico live in poverty. And, the US hypocritically claims that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, the US has consistently refused to comply with the 42 United Nations resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The reason why the US debt is so high, is because the US government refuses to tax oligarchs. That is why 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, while the People’s Republic of China, the second largest economy in the world, has eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population. Therefore, the US is unquestionably an oligarchy.   

A real democracy must be strong enough to control its oligarchs from reversing democracy’s priority of people over profit.  

Voting for Biden or Trump is to maintain the US an oligarchy.

The world, however, regards the US as the biggest threat to peace. 38 million Americans live in poverty. 60% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck. Only 33% of Americans are satisfied with our government. How could that exemplify democracy, and let alone, to be the champion of it?

The facts speak for themselves. The US was the epicenter of the Coronavirus pandemic. The US provoked the Russian Federation to militarily invade Ukraine in order to weaken her and to steal her resources. The US is sponsoring the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocidal campaign against the indigenous people of Palestine. The US is hosting in the Capitol on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 the international Pariah Netanyahu, so that he could ask for more money to continue with his genocide. The US Federal Court of Appeal agreed with the lower court that US’ exceptionalism gives it the exorbitant privilege to sponsor genocide with impunity. The US says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, while it has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. And, 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. This is irrefutable evidence that the US is the champion of imperialism.

The People’s Republic of China is indeed a threat, not to democracy, but to US imperialism. Ironically, it is China whose citizens are 90% satisfied with their government, as she has already eradicated poverty since 2020, despite having 4 times the US’ population.

The majority of Americans oppose Israel’s genocide of Palestinians, however, both US major political parties ignore their citizens. Americans only hope for a real democracy is to vote for a third party candidate who promises to dismantle US imperialism.

The US government is not a champion to 100% of its citizens.

85% of the world, however, does not support the US and its allies. The majority of Americans are opposed to the genocide of Palestinians. If the US were a real democracy, a third party candidate should win the presidency by a landslide. And if that doesn’t happen, we would have one more proof that the US is a plutocracy.

What’s one big difference between international law and the US’ “Rules Based Order (RBO)”? International law prohibits genocide, while RBO allows it.

While the US says that it supports Taiwan’s inalienable right to self-determination and independence, the US has repeatedly refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

And, while the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court have ordered Prime Minister Netanyahu to stop his war in Gaza, and asked that an arrest warrant be issued against him for war crimes, the US will host this international pariah at the US Capitol on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. No wonder the world regards the US as the biggest threat to peace!

If the US were a real democracy, Netanyahu would be arrested as soon as his plane lands in Washington DC. Moreover, if the US were a real democracy, Americans would vote for a third party candidate for president in November.

This, notwithstanding that the International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to stop its war in Gaza, and the International Criminal Court has asked for an arrest warrant for the prime minister of the artificial colonial settler state of Israel, Netanyahu, for war crimes. It is important to note that this is what the US means by its “Rules Based Order”. The “champion of democracy” would rather send more money and weapons to support Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine, than to help 38 million Americans get out of poverty, and to help 60% of Americans who are living today from paycheck to paycheck.

If the US were a real democracy, Netanyahu would be arrested as soon as he lands in Washington DC. If he is not, US is the champion of oligarchy!
