El coloniaje también se roba tu dignidad / Colonialism also robs your dignity

Puerto Rico siempre ha sido una colonia.  Primero, fuimos una colonia de España hasta el 1898.  Luego,  y hasta el presente, hemos sido una colonia del gobierno de Estados Unidos.  

Ser colonia significa que otro país te gobierna.  Eso quiere decir que todo en tu país se hace para el beneficio del imperio.  El imperio se roba todo lo tiene tu país.  Por eso es que Puerto Rico es un desastre para los puertorriqueños.  Por eso es que tenemos ahora más puertorriqueños viviendo fuera de nuestro país que adentro.

¡Lo peor de todo es que el coloniaje te roba también tu dignidad!  Eso es bueno para el imperio, porque   se nos hace más difícil luchar por nuestra descolonización sin dignidad.  ¡Pero si aprendemos nuestra verdadera historia, supiéramos que tenemos dignidad! 

Puerto Rico tiene derecho a su autodeterminación e independencia.  Todos juntos tenemos que reclamarlo constantemente hasta lograrlo.  Si no lo hacemos, el imperio seguirá robándonos. 

Por lo tanto, hay que hacer por lo menos 3 protestas pacíficamente y permanentemente hasta lograr la descolonización de Puerto Rico.  Únete, y ser parte de un tsunami de gente para obligar al gobierno de Estados Unidos a cumplir con las resoluciones de la ONU.   ¡Estas marchas son necesaria porque los que tienen colonias no creen en la justicia para todos!  Más información estará disponible al final de enero de 2015.

 

¡Indígnate y protesta pacíficamente!   Tú también te mereces esa justicia para todos.

Puerto Rico has always been a colony.  First, we were a colony of Spain until 1898.  Then, and until the present, we have been a colony of the United States government.

Being a colony means that another country governs you.  That means that everything is done in your country for the benefit of the empire.  The empires robs everything your country has.  This is why Puerto Rico is a disaster for Puerto Ricans.  This is why more Puerto Ricans live out of Puerto Rico than in. 

The worst part of all is that colonialism also robs your dignity!  That is good for the empire, because it makes it more difficult for us to fight for our decolonization without dignity.  But if we learn our real history, we will know that we have dignity! 
  

Puerto Rico has the right to self-determination and independence.  We must all demand it constantly until we achieve it.  If we don’t, the empire will continue to rob us.
 

That is why, we must peacefully protest at least 3 times a year on a permanent basis until we decolonize Puerto Rico.  Join and be a part of the tsunami of people to obligate the US government to comply with the UN resolutions.  These marches are necessary because, those who have colonies don’t believe in justice for all!  More information late in January 2015. 

 

Get indignant and peacefully protest!  You too deserve that justice for all.
