This is a very important issue to ponder. Most people
believe that if they have light, they could find their own way. That is of upmost importance in a democracy.
What happens when on information, your light, is false? Your actions based on that false information
would not yield your desired results.
It is important that you verify any information using
multiple sources. The Internet is an
excellent place to start.
None of the news media mentioned in this video have
ever wanted to feature in a responsible way the fact that the United States
government has had Puerto Rico as its colony since 1898. You would think that a country that
identifies herself as being the champion of democracy and citizens’ rights
would be eager to do this until the problem is resolved. But they don’t. What does that say about the freedom of the
press in the United States being the 4th branch of government to
ensure an appropriate degree of checks and balances?
Even the United Nations (UN) isn’t a trustworthy news
source. Its Decolonization Committee
(C-24) holds a hearing every year to discuss Puerto Rico decolonization. Thus far, it has issued 35 UN resolutions
asking the US government de immediately decolonize Puerto Rico. The US government has ignored them all!
You would think that the UN would broadcast live these
yearly hearing on their TV and Radio for the whole world to see. After all, it claims to be in its 3rd
decade trying to eradicate colonialism from the face of the Earth! But, they don’t. Could this be an oversight since 1960, when
the UN declared colonialism a crime against humanity?
This year for the first time in history, New York’s InformacionAlDesnudo TV and Radio, and Puerto Rico’s Public Broadcasting (WIPR)
broadcasted live this hearing on TV and Radio.
We tried to get the UN do it, but it ignored our multiple advances to
discuss it.
How did the UN respond to our initiative to do it
ourselves? It removed me from the list of petitioners, so that I could not
address the C-24 this year. Why doesn’t
the UN want to world to witness this hearing?
Isn’t the UN on the side of decolonizing Puerto Rico? Click here to

That’s why we must create a tsunami of people to force
the US government to adhere to the rule of law.
We must, because those who use mainstream media and the UN to cover
their unlawful activity don’t believe in JUSTICE FOR ALL! www.facebook.com/UnTsunamiPR/
