How much does the US owe PR?

Everybody talks about the 74 billion dollars that Puerto Rico allegedly owes, but nobody stops to think about, how could that be possible? Do you know the history of Puerto Rico?

Puerto Rico was a Spanish colony for 405 years, until the United States Government (USG) decided to make her its colony in 1898. Puerto Rico has been a USG colony for the past 120 years.

The USG is presently in violation to the United Nations’ Charter of 1945 and its 37 resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The USG does not want to, because it makes so much money from having Puerto Rico under its colonial rule.

Puerto Rico is a USG military base. Puerto Rico was used for military exercises and experimentations. Puerto Ricans women were sterilized without knowing it. The birth control pill was tested on Puerto Rican women. United States citizenship was forced upon Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans go to war for the USG without ever voting for the people in the USG. Puerto Rico must pay the most expensive ships to bring things to and from our island. And the list never ends.

Let us learn the real Puerto Rico history to find out, who really owes whom? Then, we can organize ourselves to engage in permanent resistance to force the USG in comply with international law and the rule of law.
