Most Boricuas favor reforms instead of revolution

Zoe never clearly admitted to the fact that the United States (US) government (USG) is committing a crime against humanity by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 75 years.  

Zoe never clearly admitted to the fact that the USG has never complied with the UN's Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945.
