Puerto
Ricans must stop believing that the United States (US) government (USG) is the
one that determines our destiny. The following article talks about how our
future depends on which US political party controls the US Senate. Click on this
link to read that article by PHD candidate Rashid Carlos Jamil Marcano Rivera: http://www.milwaukeeindependent.com/syndicated/51st-state-puerto-ricos-statehood-depends-political-party-will-control-u-s-senate/
What Rashid
doesn’t realize is that the 1% that runs the USG, regardless of which party
wins the so called, “democratic elections”, is racist. The only way that Puerto
Rico will become a state of the Union is by getting Puerto Ricans off our
island. Do you know that more Puerto Ricans today live away from our national
territory?
What we must
bear in mind is that colonialism is a crime against humanity. Colonialism is
prohibited by the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945. That means that the USG
has never complied with the UN’s Charter for the past 75 years!
What we must
bear in mind is that the USG has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to
immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/
What we must
bear in mind is that the world regards the USG as the biggest threat to world
peace. The USG goes after people like Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, because
they have given us irrefutable proof of the extraordinary extent of its criminal
behavior!
We should
take control of our own destiny by not participating in Puerto Rico elections.
We should, instead, engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply
with the already established international law.
And finally,
we must bear in mind that the USG invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 with the purpose
of making her its colony forever. Does anybody really believe, after 122 years of
US colonialism in Puerto Rico, that the USG would, on its own, decolonize her? www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com
Puerto
Ricans must face the facts to decolonize.
