US never defends democracy

The United States (US) has never defended democracy. How could she, when she killed 100 million indigenous people in America. How could she, when US Major General Smedley Butler wrote in his book, War is a Racket, that the US uses war to benefit big business. How could she, when she eliminates democratically elected governments in other nations, because they dare to refuse to follow US instructions? How could she, when the world, in repeated Gallup Polls considers the US as the biggest threat to peace? And, how could she, when the US militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 to make her a US colony, and today refuses to comply with 41 United Nations resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Right now, the US is destroying Europe, supposedly to defend democracy. The US, however, won’t even defend her own citizens’ democracy!

The US is the epicenter of the coronavirus with over a million deaths. Poverty and homelessness is rampant. Many Americans have no health insurance. Americans have fewer good paying jobs, because our government decided to de-industrialize. For the 99% of US citizens, we have taxation without representation. And yet, 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens!
