Puerto Ricans should understand that Puerto Rico is not a democracy. The 9 million Puerto Ricans worldwide should, therefore, engage in permanent resistance to force the US to comply with 41 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
