This request will put the US Empire in an even more desperate situation, since it is totally dependent on the US dollar being the world's reserve currency. That is exactly the reason why the US must be engaged in forever wars.
This should surprise no one, since US Major General Smedley Butler had already explained how the US uses wars to enrich its corporations in his 1935 book entitled WAR IS A RACKET. This is why the US ignores its own Constitution, the United Nations' (UN) Charter, and the rule of law.
Today, almost 40 million Americans live in poverty, and 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans. Only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their multiparty so-called "democratic" political system.
The US Empire has consistently refused to comply with 43 UN resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty. Bad Bunny made reference to Puerto Rico's colonial relationship with the US in his Super Bowl Halftime Show, which is the real reason why President Trump hated it!
China, on the other hand, eradicated poverty, despite having 11 trillion dollars less than the US, and having 4 times the US' population. Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their one party communist political system, which means that a real democracy needs a government strong enough to prevent oligarchs from running the nation.
No real democracy, no real peace!
