Having American citizenship doesn't guarantee that one will enjoy democracy and justice for all. United States (US) Marine Major General Smedley Butler figured that out, and wrote his 1935 book, WAR IS A RACKET, to expose how the US uses war to benefit its corporation. That means that US soldiers die in wars of choice, like in Iran, to make the rich richer. 

Almost 40 million Americans today live in poverty too, and 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans. 10% of Americans own 90% of the stock market, and 40% of Americans have no savings. Only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their multiparty so-called "democratic" political system.

The US Empire has consistently refused to comply with 43 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Bad Bunny made reference to Puerto Rico's colonial relationship with the US in his Super Bowl Halftime Show, which is the real reason why President Trump hated it!

The People's Republic of China, whom the US says is not a democracy, has eradicated poverty, despite having 11 trillion dollars less than the US, and having 4 times the US' population. Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their one party communist political system, which means that a real democracy needs a government that will never allow oligarchs to run the nation.
