US: never cared about justice

The United States (US) Department of Justice indicted former Cuban President Raul Castro for shooting down two small planes of the Miami-based group Brothers to the Rescue. The US has never cared about the rule of law, democracy, or even its own Constitution. The US has unconditionally supported the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine against international law. The US, which the world considers the biggest threat to peace, has no legitimacy to invoke the law against anyone!

The US also has no legitimacy to accuse any state of being a dictatorship. Almost 40 million Americans live today in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans. Only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their multiparty "democratic" political system.

The US Empire has consistently refused to comply with 43 United Nations' (UN) resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty. Bad Bunny made reference to Puerto Rico's colonial relationship with the US in his Super Bowl Halftime Show, which is the real reason why President Trump hated it!

This deceptive indictment is all about the US' continuing obsession with trying to colonize Cuba, since her 1959 revolution. Almost all UN member states have voted against the US' illegal blockade on Cuba, which undeniably means that the US is a rogue state.

The People's Republic of China, whom the US says is a rogue state, eradicated poverty in 2020, despite having 11 trillion dollars less than the US, and having 4 times the US' population. Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their one party communist political system, which means that a democracy needs a government strong enough to prevent oligarchs from running the nation.

A real democracy is never governed by oligarchs.
