If the US were interested in democracy, why are 9 of the 10 richest men in the world US citizens, while 40 million Americans today live in poverty, and 201 million live from paycheck to paycheck? If the US were interested in democracy, why has it consistently ignored 42 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? EU, hoy día, sacrifica a 40 millones de sus ciudadanos a la pobreza, y 201 millones a vivir de cheque a cheque para que 9 de los 10 hombres más ricos del mundo puedan ser estadounidenses.   

Y, hoy en día, EU sacrifica a Puerto Rico para ser su colonia. EU ha ignorado 42 resoluciones de la Organización de Naciones Unidas exigiendo que devuelva inmediatamente la soberanía de Puerto Rico a los puertorriqueños. Mientras tanto, 6 millones de boricuas han abandonado nuestro territorio nacional, y la mitad de los que viven en Boriken viven en la pobreza.

And while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, it is the People's Republic of Chinia who has already eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US' population.
