Is Trump guilty of this crime?

We do know, however, that Trump is an accomplice to committing a crime against humanity, as have all of the United States (US) presidents since Harry S. Truman. That crime involves Puerto Rico.

The US government (USG), under President William McKinley, invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony in 1898. The USG, under President under Harry S. Truman, refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945. And, Trump has continued the commission of that crime.
