USA is exceptional in the worst way!

Trump has been the poster boy for a government for only the 1%. But in reality, and like racism, the United States (US) government (USG) institutionally does not represent 99% of its citizens. The USG goes out of its way to hurt the majority of the people. The USG invaded militarily Puerto Rico, when she had already acquired self-government from Spain a year earlier.
