China's priority is her people

The People's Republic of China offers a better quality of life to her citizens, than the United States (US) does hers. Instead of China competing with the US' military spending, which is bigger than the next 10 combined, she chooses to spend more of her gross domestic product on education. How could the US actually be the champion of democracy, when today the bottom half of Chinese live 2 times better than the bottom half of Americans? The fact that the US has a "multiparty democratic political system" that allows oligarchs to run the government doesn't make it a democracy. 

China, however, with her one party communist political system, is able to control her oligarchs to provide a government of, by, and for 100% of the people. While only 35% of Americans are satisfied today with their government, over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with theirs. 

It's the priority stupid!
