The United States (US) has never been about spreading democracy and protecting human rights. On the contrary, the US has always been about building its empire.

The American doctrine of "speak softly and carry a big stick" clearly proves that the US has always been about exploiting the world, and its own citizens.
Today, almost 40 million Americans live in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too.
Moreover, the US has consistently ignored 43 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty.
As the US Empire collapses, it desperately and deceptively claims today to support Taiwan's inalienable right to self-determination and independence. Is it reasonable to believe that the world would ever believe that the US suddenly supports self-determination and independence on the other side of the world, when it has never done so in its own hemisphere?
The US lies in order to try to justify going to war against the People's Republic of China to colonize her too. But now, with China's military breakthrough, that is impossible!
