Desparately trying to remain hegemon

The global majority is working hard to free itself from western imperialism, and the United States (US) knows that its unipolar world order is collapsing. Americans must wake up and engage in permanent resistance to turn their nation into a real democracy. Today, almost 40 million Americans live in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too.

Puerto Ricans must also wake up and engage in permanent resistance to decolonize their homeland. After 127 years of colonialism, the US continues to ignore 43 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 

6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty too.

The US, nevertheless, deceptively claims today to support Taiwan's inalienable right to self-determination and independence, only because it wants to try to justify a war against the People's Republic of China to colonize her too.
