to make people believe, in his Independence’ Day speech at Mt. Rushmore, that the United States government (USG) represents equally
all of its citizens . The fact

of Puerto Rico, the USG has ignored 38 United Nations resolutions asking it to immediately
return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans are almost
