Julian Assange
is in jail today for exposing the United States’ (US) crimes. The US can’t
proclaim itself the champion of democracy, if it doesn’t have a free press. Please

The US doesn’t
care about what its citizens want. The US is run exclusively for a small group of
citizens.
We know
that, because 38 million Americans live today in poverty. A small group of 33%
of US citizens are satisfied with our government. 9 out of the 10 richest men
in the world are in that small group!
The US says
it wants independence for Taiwan. The only reason it does is to use it as a pretext
for going to war with the People’s Republic of China. The US is betting that that
could possibly make US oligarchs even richer, if it goes better than the US
proxy war in Ukraine.
The US,
hypocritically, has consistently ignored 42 United Nations’ resolutions asking
it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. It
has, because the US wants to keep Puerto Rico as its colony forever.
An empire
can’t be a democracy too.
