US was designed for the rich

The founding fathers designed the United States (US) specifically for the rich. It is, therefore, an outright lie to say that the US is the champion of democracy.

Founding father Elbridge Gerry said that "Democracy is the worst of all political evils." Another founding father Roger Sherman said "The people should have as little to do as may be about the government." Please click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/yKa6rSkLLKI

That is why today the US distributes 70% of the nation's wealth to the top 10% of the citizens, and leaves only 30% to be divided among the rest of us.

This explains why, in the richest nation in the world, 40 million of the bottom 90% of Americans live in poverty, and 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans.

It also explains why the US has consistently ignored 43 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. In the meantime, 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory, and half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty too.

The US was never designed for democracy!
