Kissinger's triangular strategy backfired

The United States (US) decided in 1971 to end 22 years of diplomatic isolation against the People's Republic of China to create the triangular strategy against the Union of Soviet Republics. Please click on this link for more: https://youtu.be/AULNAdBO35E

That triangular strategy is today hurting the US as it simultaneously fights illegal wars against the Russian Federation in Ukraine, and the Islamic Republic of Iran in a desperate attempt  to remain hegemon. Both China and Russia are inseparable allies committed to ending US hegemony!

The idea of deindustrizing the US by moving its production to China in the 1990's to avoid having to pay reasonable wages to US workers also backfired. That made China the factory of the world, and made the US the biggest debtor in the world.

That destroyed the American middle class, and the "American Dream". Today, almost 40 million Americans live in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans. Do you remember how the US shocked the world by being the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic? Only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their so-called multiparty "democratic" political system.

The US Empire has consistently refused to comply with 43 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty. Bad Bunny made reference to Puerto Rico's colonial relationship with the US in his Super Bowl Halftime Show, which is the real reason why President Trump hated it!

China, which advocates for the rule of law, eradicated poverty in 2020, despite having 11 trillion dollars less than the US, and having 4 times the US' population. Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their communist party, which proves that a democracy needs a government that prevents oligarchs from ever running the nation.

Why hasn't democracy ever been the US' strategy?
