US “democracy” can be bought

How can a democracy be called that, if it could be bought? If that were possible, that so-called “democracy” would be, in essence, an oligarchy.

That is why, although 55% of the United States (US) citizens today are opposed to the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s genocidal campaign against the indigenous people of Palestine in their homeland, the US government, nevertheless, continues to unconditionally support it. The US has the audacity to call real democracies that can’t be bought as dictatorships!

Ironically, only 33% of Americans are today satisfied with our government, while 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their government? Shouldn’t the citizens themselves be the ones to determine how democratic they are?

How democratic is the US, when 38 million Americans live today in poverty, while China has already eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population?

And, how democratic is the US, when its citizens are denied universal health care and free higher education, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens?

A “democracy” that can be bought is an oligarchy.
