Is the world better off by the birth of the United States (US)?
The indigenous people of North America are certanly not better off, as they were subjected to genocide in order to establish the colonial settler state that became the US.
Almost 40 million US citizens are certainly not better off, as they live today in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too. Only 35% of Americans are today satisfied with their multiparty "democracy".
Puerto Ricans certainly are not better off, as they were militarily invaded 128 years ago by the US to make their national territory a colony. The US has consistently refused to comply with 44 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans, looking for a better life, live today away from national territory, and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty too. Bad Bunny made reference to this in his Super Bowl Halftime Show, which President Trump hated!
And, the Russian Federation, Cuba, Venezuela, Greenland, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the People's Republic of China are certainly not better off, as the US today is trying to colonize them.
Not only is the world not wishing the US a happy 250th birthday tomorrow, but it has long considered it the biggest threat to world peace!
China, the US' alleged biggest threat, has eradicated poverty in 2020, despite having 11 trillion dollars less than the US, and having 4 times the US' population. Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their communist party, which proves that a real democracy must prohibit its oligarchs from running the nation.
The US' biggest threat is democracy!
