The United States' (US) narrative is that the People's Republic of China is its biggest threat. That would be bad news if the US were really, as it claims, the "champion of democracy". But, on the contrary, the US is the champion of imperialism. Please click on the following link to understand why the US will never defeat China in a conventional war: https://youtu.be/66wK7U69Hfg
The creation of the United Nations (UN) after World War II was intended to avoid future wars via decolonization, respecting human rights, respecting a nation's sovereignty, and respecting the rule of law. The US, however, has always used the UN only to enhance and maintain its empire.
A great example of that is the US' consistent refusal to comply with 43 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. In the meantime, 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty. And yet, the US deceptively claims to support Taiwan's inalienable right to self-determination and independence, only because it wants to go to war against China.
Moreover, the US has historically abused its own citizens. Almost 40 million of them are living today in poverty too, and another 201 million more are living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans.
China threatening the US Empire is great for democracy. China has already proven it, by eliminating poverty at home, despite having 4 times the US' population, and 11 trillion dollars less in Gross Domestic Product than the US. That's why over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their one party communist government. If China isn't the real champion of democracy, then nobody is!
Democracy must threaten imperialism for humanity's sake!
