Click on the above link to read why the United States government forced its citizenship on Puerto Rico

This is why we need to protest 3 times a year until the United States government complies with the United Nations' (UN) petition to decolonize Puerto Rico.

Our first one in 2015 will be on March 22, on the day that Puerto Ricans celebrate the abolition of slavery.  We call it the Second Oscar - Mandela March in Puerto Rico.  We will provide more information about it in late January 1015.

Puerto Rico has been a colony of the government of the United States (US) for the past 116 years.  In 1960, the United Nations determined that colonialism is a crime against humanity, and since then it has asked the US to immediately decolonize Puerto Rico.  US has ignored these resolutions, and has recommended the use of plebiscites to determine what Puerto Ricans want as a way to avoid decolonization.

Please join and be a part of the tsunami of people protesting to obligate the US government to comply with the UN resolutions.  This march is necessary because, those who have colonies don’t believe in justice for all!
