Self-determination vs royal propaganda

His Highness Willem Alexander,

We took note of your Highness and royal family visit to the Netherlands Antilles islands. A country of humble peoples that was set up for self-destruction; divided, destroyed and dissolved by the continuous colonial interventions, laws and decisions of your governments. It is very shameful to see all the leaders of these islands governments and others and your Highness smiling faces meanwhile all these innocent Caribbean peoples living in a state of inequality and subordinated to The Hague government that continues to violate their fundamental human rights.  

I write this letter as a follow up on our personal meeting on Bonaire, November 16, 2013 and following letters the following years where your Highness promise to me and the people of Bonaire was not kept. This promise was broken and your Highness government abusing their unilateral power illegally annexed our people and island by embedding us in your Constitution in October 2017 under unequal rights in violation of all humanity rights, a crime against humanity. All this injustice is committed by unjust laws by your government and in your Highness title…” We Willem-Alexander, by grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc.… All that shall see or hear read, salute! let be known:

What would like your Highness to know; is that the recent apology that is an voluntary confession and admission of your Highness predecessors and governments crimes by your Prime Minister Rutte is hypocrisy at the highest as the Dutch government meanwhile apologizing to do world-propaganda they are violating ; articles 1, 55, 73 and 103 of the Charter of the United Nations and resolutions 742, 747, 945, 1514 and 1541 that affirm the inalienable rights of the people of Bonaire to self-determination. Furthermore, your Highness government systematically encroaches on several of our Bonaire people’s international legal instruments: United Nations Charter, United Nations Decolonization Declaration, The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, International Covenant on All Forms of Racial Discrimination, United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

As the apology is unacceptable meanwhile your Highness continue to colonize us and our Caribbean brothers and sisters. Hence we are willing to accept the Dutch apology with the demand for reparations of our right of self-determination based on the following forms/terms:

1:  To re-enact our Bonaire people’s right to a just self-determination and decolonization process and trajectory by restoring our inalienable fundamental human rights by legal/political positioning, re-listing of Bonaire as United Nations Non-Self-Governing-Territory

2: To start an international and UN guided process towards re-acquiring of the rights of the Bonaire peoples to their inherited auctioned lands in 1868

3: Immediate stop of the current/ongoing depopulation and eradication of Bonaire people’s demography and their culture, language and identity

We hope that you as our King, which we all highly respect, will take the responsibility to do everything in your power to address abovementioned and return our self-government back to our people as your promise to me on November 16, 2013, and Queen Wilhelmina promised to the United Nations and the world and the Kingdom signed on June 26, 1945 and Kingdom Law of July 1, 1863, where we all be equally human and equally free.
