Attacking Brazil to defend US imperialism

Brazil is one of the founding members of BRICS. BRICS' purpose is to promote real democracy, by creating a multipolar world order to replace the United States' (US) imperialistic unipolar world order.

If the US were really the champion of democracy, why are almost 40 million Americans today living in poverty, and 201 million more are living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too? Why are only 35% of Americans satisfied with their so-called "democracy"?

If the US were really the champion of democracy,  why has the US consistently ignored 43 United Nations' resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? In the meantime, 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty too.

And, if the US were really the champion of democracy, how was the People's Republic of China able to eradicate poverty, despite having 4 times the US' population, and having 11 trillion dollars less Gross Domestic Product than the US? And why over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their communist party?
