Will Americans torpedo fascism?

Instead of joining the US military to fight rich men's wars like US Major General Smedley Butler denounced in his book WAR IS A RACKET, why not fight US oligarchs in order to make the US a real democracy?

Today, almost 40 million Americans are living in poverty, and 201 million more are living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too. That is why only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their so-called "democracy".

The US Empire has consistently ignored 43 UN's resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. In the meantime, 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico live in poverty too.

Ironically, the People's Republic of China, a nation that the US calls authoritarian, eradicated poverty despite having 4 times the US' population, and having 11 trillion dollars less Gross Domestic Product than the US. Naturally, 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their communist party!

Don't expect democracy without enduring discomfort!
