La comunidad internacional creó nuevas leyes después
de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Estas leyes se usaron para juzgar a los Nazis por
crímenes de guerra en Núremberg, Alemania.
Las naciones que ganaron la guerra crearon la
Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU) en el 1946. Su misión es eliminar las
amenazas a la paz mundial.
La ONU proclamó el colonialismo una amenaza a la paz
mundial. La ONU declaró el colonialismo un crimen en contra de la humanidad
usando estas leyes de Núremberg en el 1960. También dijo que cualquier persona
bajo el colonialismo tiene el derecho de usar todos los medios necesarios para
descolonizarse. Eso fue lo que hizo Oscar López Rivera. Eso es la ley.
El gobierno de Estados Unidos ha mantenido a Puerto
Rico como su colonia por 120 años, después de clasificar a los puertorriqueños
de pertenecer a una raza inferior en 1898. Este gobierno creó una ley,

La ONU le ha pedido al gobierno de Estados Unidos en
36 resoluciones que le entregue la soberanía de Puerto Rico a los
puertorriqueños. Este gobierno ha ignorado estas resoluciones, y así se ha
convertido en un estado terrorista.
La prensa estadounidense no informa sobre este crimen
de Estados Unidos. Esta prensa no informa sobre las vistas anuales en la ONU
sobre la descolonización de Puerto Rico el lunes después del Día de los Padres.
La prensa estadounidense no transmite estas vistas.
La misma ONU ha rehusado transmitir sus vistas en vivo
por radio y televisión, a pesar de que ella está en su tercera década tratando

La ONU prohibió nuestra entrada a la vista para volver a transmitir la vista
este año.
Nosotros le hemos pedido a 60 Minutes de CBS que haga
un reportaje del caso colonial de Puerto Rico hace 2 meses. Este programa de
investigación de 50 años y 43 EMMYS nos pareció perfecto para exponer nuestro
caso ante el mundo. No hemos recibido repuesta. Quizás 120 años de coloniaje a
3.4 millones de puertorriqueños no es importante para CBS.
Todos los que pensamos que el gobierno de Estados
Unidos no debería estar por encima de la ley y que un país no debería tener a
otro país como colonia están invitados a unirnos para protestar permanentemente
para obligar al gobernó de Estados a cumplir con las resoluciones de la ONU
pidiéndole que le entregue la soberanía de Puerto Rico a los puertorriqueños.

international community created new laws after World War II. These laws were
used to try the Nazis of war crimes in Nuremberg, Germany.
The nations
that won the war created the United Nation (UN) in 1946. Its mission is to eliminate
the threat to world peace.
The UN
proclaimed colonialism a threat to world peace. The UN declared it a crime against
humanity in 1960 using these Nuremburg laws. The UN said that anyone under
colonialism had the right to use any means necessary to achieve decolonization.
That is what Oscar Lopez Rivera did. That is the law.
The US
government has maintained Puerto Rico as its colony for 120 years, after
classifying Puerto Ricans as belonging to an inferior race. It created a
special law, the un- incorporated territory, so that the US could exploit

The UN has asked
the US government in 36 resolutions to immediately give Puerto Rico’s
sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The US government has ignored these
resolutions, and thus has converted itself into a terrorist state.
The US media
does not report the US’ crime. This media does not inform us about the annual
UN hearing to discuss Puerto Rico decolonization on the Monday after Fathers’
Day. This media does not broadcast live these UN hearings.
The UN
itself has refused to broadcast their hearings live on radio and television, despite
it being in its third decade supposedly trying to eradicate colonialism. Click

The UN prohibited our access to this year’s hearing to prevent us from
broadcasting it again.
We have
asked CBS 60 Minutes to do a story about Puerto Rico decolonization about 2
months ago. We felt that this investigative program of 50 years and 43 Emmys
was the perfect vehicle to expose our case to the world. We have not gotten a
response. Maybe 120 years of 3.4 Puerto Ricans under US colonialism isn’t
important to CBS.
Those of us
who believe that the US government should not be above the law, and believe
that it is unacceptable that a country should own another country are invited
to join our permanent protests to force the US government to give Puerto Rico’s
sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
We will need
a tsunami of people to push this, because those who commit crimes against
