Durante toda la conversación, nunca se mencionó que Puerto Rico es una colonia de Estados Unidos. Por lo tanto, es imposible que Puerto Rico tenga una constitución o un gobernador.

Si eso no fuera cierto, toda la ayuda de todo el mundo podría ya haber entrado a nuestro país para haber evitado las 50 muertes por el Huracán María.  Pero, seguimos hablado de suspender o eliminar la ley Jones del gobierno de Estados Unidos para que se pueda permitir la ayuda que necesitamos.

¡Despierta Boricua y defiende lo tuyo!

During the entire conversation, there was never a mention that Puerto Rico is a US colony. Therefore, it is impossible for Puerto Rico to have a constitution or a governor. 

If that were not so, we would have already received all of the aid that all of the countries of the world sent us. Instead, we are still talking about suspending or revoking the Jones Act to permit aid to get to us, and avoid further deaths.
