The US says International Court lacks legitimacy

The United States Government (USG) has a long history of acting as if it is above the law. President Trump said in 2018 at the United Nations (UN) that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has no jurisdiction, legitimacy and authority. The USG was a chief player in the creation of the UN. You would then think that the USG would consider the UN to have jurisdiction, legitimacy and authority. But does it?

The USG has violated for the past 75 years the UN’s Charter that prohibits colonialism since the UN was created in 1945. And moreover, the USG has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. There is no question that historically the USG has acted as if it is above the law! http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

Where does that leave the “Declaration of Independence”? Where does that leave a country of, by, and for the people? And, where does that leave the pledge of allegiance to the United States (US) flag that ends with, “and justice for all”?

It leaves US citizens with an outlaw state.

All people of good will have the obligation to engage in permanent resistance to align the USG to the rule of law. We need to get the USG under control, because those who believe that they are above the law don’t believe in LIBERTY AND IN JUSTICE FOR ALL! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1697349163904877/

The US government believes it is above the law.
