China stops US' Dept. of War

Can the US ever be persuaded to adopt a WIN-WIN approach to international relationship, or will it hold steadfast to its WIN-LOSE colonial settler state mentality, which has been its hallmark?

I don't believe America can ever lose its colonial stripes, especially after what President Trump said about China's decision. 

He said, "It has just been learned that China has taken an extraordinarily aggressive position on trade...Some very strange things are happening in China! There is no way that China should be allowed to hold the world captive with their monopoly on Rare Earth and virtually anything else they can think of."

On the contrary, it has been the US that holds the world captive with its illegal economic sanctions, its support for the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestinen against international law, and its 800 military bases all around the world!

I don't believe America can ever lose its colonial stripes, because today almost 40 million Americans live in poverty, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans. That is plutocracy, and not democracy!

The US has consistently refused to comply with 43 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty. That is 127 years of US colonialism in Puerto Rico!

I also don't believe America can ever lose its colonial stripes, because the US shamelessly and deceptively claims today to support Taiwan's inalienable right of self-determination and independence, only to try to justify a war against China in order to colonize her too!

The best that China could do under the circumstances is to prevent, by withholding rare earth minerals, the US' Department of War from waging war against 85% of the world's population. 

Stopping war isn't strange at all to the global majority!
