US has only 3% relevance to China

The US got into this predicament, because the US only cares about making money for 3% of its citizens. Being that it was not profitable to become self-sufficient on rare earths, oligarchs did not want to invest their money in it. But today, the US sees that China has the monopoly on rare earth, and can seriously cripple US technology.

China, which is controlled by her communist party, will invest her money in things, not because they are profitable, but because they benefit 100% of her citizens. That is what real democracies are supposed to do!

The world knows that you can't negotiate WIN-WIN deals with the US, because it is obsessed with America First. That, of course, is an imperialistic attitude. That is why all nations must build strong militaries, because violence is the only thing the US understands.
